  • You agree to  indemnify and hold harmless “coloursandgrace.com”/Lisa McAlister, everyone involved in the company, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and or costs (Including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this website or your breach of Terms of Service.

Our Products

  • The products that have been placed on this website are as accurately described as possible.  The information has been given from the suppliers.  At times, unfortunately, there may be errors.  Due to this, we reserve the right to change and correct these errors or inaccuracies at any time.
  • Photos taken of these products may be a different colour on the computer than in real life.  This can be due to various reasons.  Some of them are that each computer shows different colours and it may be slightly different in real life.  The photograph lighting has changed the colour.  The camera used may not pick up everything that it needs to.  The pictures that have been taken have been trying to represent the products as much as possible.

Prices and Payments

  • You are to pay in full for your products before the company and ”coloursandgrace.com”  orders what you want to purchase.  You click on the item add to cart then that item goes to a ‘basket’.   • Any charges PayPal makes to you we are not responsible for.
  • If you make payments through credit cards or debit cards  there may be charges to your credit card.  It could be to do with the with the currency conversion or the fees in relation to your order.  Check with the issuer of your credit card debit card for more detail. We are not responsible for any of these fees on the transactions that you make or any other fees to do with how you pay for your transaction on “coloursandgrace.com” at any time.
  • Payments can be made through PayPal and Credit cards/Debit Cards.
  • There is a box up the top of the website “coloursandgrace.com” that displays different currencies.  Just click on it and change the currency and it will give you a total  in that currency.
  • All prices displayed on “coloursandgrace.com are in Australian dollars.
  • Let me know why you want to return the items.

  • All through the garments/clothes/products I have said check your size.  Measure Your Size.  Compare it to what the garment size is on the website page “coloursandgrace.com”.  That is so important and I highly recommend that to all of youEven if you know your size Please Measure as garments can be made differently and measurements are different also as per each supplier/company.
  • Some of the garments – Wedding Dresses – are in US sizing.  Please check your measurements to get the right size for the dress you would like.
  • All garments please check the size of the garment and measure and make sure you have room to move.
  • Please check each product on the website to see what it says to do with refunds and returns.


  • For Refunds of the  garments you must let us know within 5 days of receiving it, why you want it returned and what is wrong with it.
  • A lot of the garments come from  various warehouses in China, therefore, you will have to pay for each garment back to the originating warehouse to get a refund, unless otherwise specified by me and you are told to post it to a different address.  You will have to meet the cost of postage and any other fees to meet the return of the garment/product.
  •  Refunds will only be given for problems with the quality of the items and not for changing your mind.
  • Although I will do my best to replace stock I may be unable to do so due to supply.  In this case, I will mostly refund your money unless the product is damaged by you.
  • Refunds will only be given if the garment was not damaged by you with proof which means send me a photo of the garment.
  • In order to get a refund or replacement please do the following within 5 days of receiving your garment:Please go to the contact page “https://www.coloursandgrace.com” with all your details including your phone number and email. Fill in the details with every bit of information you can or email me on lisa@coloursandgrace.com  with :
  • all the details of the garment code – “SKU” at the bottom of the product page, colour, brand, size and let me know the problem with the item/product.

Please also send a photo of the garment. Please leave a contact phone number and email address so I can contact you.

  • I will contact you and make arrangements for you to return the garment if it was not damaged by you and or a refund.
  • You must pay for the postage and any other fees that arise regarding postage, customs or any other fees that may arise when returning the item. The postage may be overseas as various garments come from different warehouses overseas. Do not return the item unless I have let you know what to do with the product/garment/item and where to send it.

I will try to  either refund or replace the item.

  • If there is makeup on the garment anywhere or any other damage to the garment there will be no refund given. If there is  pulled threads or cuts or rips to the garment there will be no refund given.
  • If the garment has a tag on it, it must be returned with a tag on it.
  • If the garment has been washed you will not be permitted to get a refund.

Shipping for the garments/clothing/products.

  • The garments/clothing are to be sold in various places throughout the world. You have to let me know if you are outside of Australia so I can see what I can do for you and if it is safe for you to order the product.
  • Leave a message on the contacts page of https://www.coloursandgrace.com with your correct email address so I can contact you about the garment/product that you would like.
  • I cannot post to all over the world as there are places that have a lot of fighting/war and it makes it difficult to get postage through. Plus it is just hard to get parcels to without thieving of the product so we say no to those areas of the world.  If you are in one of those countries go to my contact page and I will see if I can help you.
  • If you order more than one garment/clothes or another product you may get them delivered at different times due to the different suppliers and where they are coming from.  We hold no responsibility for the variation of delivery time for different items.  Check the product on the website for how long it could take for delivery.
  • Some of the  garments are  from   third party suppliers in China.  Some of these garments have been dropshipped. That means that the garments will come straight from China.

Postage Policy  for garments/clothing

  • Please leave your Name, Address, Suburb Country, Phone Number including country code if outside Australia, email (so that you can be contacted if there is a problem with getting the product to you).
  • If it is a false contact phone number it could mean that you won’t be able to receive your product.
  • If a false email is given it could mean that you won’t be able to receive your product.
  • Postage costs will be up to you to pay to be delivered and  for the return of the garments.
  • If you order more than one garment/clothes or another product you may get them delivered at different times due to the different suppliers and where they are coming from.  We hold no responsibility for the variation of delivery time for different items.  Check the product on the website for how long it could take for delivery.
  • When you receive your product please let me know on the Contact Page of “coloursandgrace.com” you have received the item of what it was and its code with your name and address included.
  • Dispatch and Postage times may vary at times due to where the products are coming from and the destination of where it is going to.  Plus the availability of the product at times may lead to a delay in the product delivery.
  • When there are delays resulting in  postage delays / courier delays,  postage loss, courier loss  or for uncontrollable forces which we will not be responsible for. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). Uncontrollable forces could mean strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.  Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disasters. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
  • Postage times when the garment is coming from a third party can be up to 65 days.  You need to not panic but if you haven’t received the product in 30 days you must let the company know you haven’t received the product.
  • Postage cost please check the particular garment/clothing you are buying for the cost.
  • I mainly post this garment in Australia but if you would like this garment and you are from overseas please contact me either on my email  lisa@coloursandgrace.com  or on the contact page and I will see what I can do and let you know how much it will cost you for postage.
